STEP ONE

Think about the change you have decided to attempt.


If weight is your issue: Leave one forkful/spoonful of food/dessert on your plate. (One less is a small beginning and you can do it.)

If you want to leave your current job: Get a piece of paper and write down any positives you can think of about your daily work. Consider these good things and whether you are still sure that you want to make this change.

If you want to move to another suburb, city or country: Write down what you like about your current home. Consider each point and how missing these will impact your life.

If you know you need to make some changes in a relationship with someone in your life: Write down one thing that really upsets you about this person or about your regular interaction with him/her. Consider possible reasons for these feelings you have.

Do this every day for a whole week. Don't move on, just stick to this step until we connect again next week.
